Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) set our commitments to you and your child, and your obligations to us, so that learning can be achieved to everyone’s satisfaction. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before the completion of your child’s enrolment to our programmes. Full and complete booking is regarded as your acceptance to comply with our T&Cs and Privacy Policy.
1. Registration
Please submit name of parent and child as per Identification Card / Birth Certificate
Please ensure your email is correctly spelt, so as to receive the confirmation email
Your child’s enrolment into our programme is confirmed only upon registration on our website, together with the full payment of the programme fees.
2. Refund Policy
Places for this programme is highly limited and in order to ensure that only committed parents are reserving their children’s places, we will deem every registration and payment made as final. As such, once the enrolment of your child has been confirmed by Revamp, no refunds will be allowed. This policy applies to situations in which your child fails to attend the programme either in part or in full.
Any deviation from this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and subjected to imposing of admin and processing charge of $15.00.
3. Withdrawal / Transfer Policy
If your child is unable to participate in the enrolled programme, you may transfer the enrolment to another participant referred by you. Your withdrawal (and transfer) requires a notice in writing and must be sent to contact@revamp.sg. The participant replacing your child will be subjected to the same terms and conditions as stipulated on this page, as well as any other programme related requirements that all the participants are expected to adhere to.
The transfer of enrolment request must be made at least 3 working days prior to the commencement date of the programme. All relevant information of the new participant must be furnished and enrolment details completed to effect the transfer. REVAMP reserves the right to disallow the transfer.
There will be no refund of any fees incurred.
4. Programme Cancellation
Revamp strives to deliver our programmes at the stated dates and times but in the event that we have to make any changes to the date/time due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, we will do so at the earliest possible opportunity. We will notify the parents no later than 3 working days prior to the commencement of the programme.
In the event of a public health lockdown or medical emergency, or situations that require REVAMP’s programme to be discontinued by relevant Singapore authorities, REVAMP will not be obliged to refund all or part of the fees already incurred. REVAMP will make arrangements, where practicable, to resume the programme activities at the earliest possible opportunity, failing which, a course credit note will be issued to you. The credit note can be used to pay or offset for another similar programme conducted by Revamp, subjected to a validity period of 12 months (beginning from the commencement date of the programme).
5. Safety
We take our duty of care and your child’s safety very seriously. In the event of an accident or illness, we will administer first aid and all necessary medical assistance to your child. This includes seeking medical emergency services and ambulance transport if necessary. In such an event, parents will be notified immediately and subject to the exigency, REVAMP may accompany your child to the nearest hospital or clinic as soon as reasonably possible. Medical expenses and any other related costs incurred by the student henceforth shall be borne by the parents.
REVAMP will endeavor to take care of your child’s safety with our best effort. However, REVAMP accepts no liability for any mishap or personal injury sustained or suffered by the child while providing its services. REVAMP will also not assume responsibility for the supervision of the students outside of the stipulated programme vicinity and periods. It is recommended that students arrive 10 minutes before the start of each activity and should be picked up punctually at the end of the activity. Your enrolment in REVAMP’s programme is deemed full consent to our Safety Policy
6. HEALTH DECLARATION
In view of safeguarding the children, patrons and staff against Covid19, we are implementing the following precautionary measures at the Centre:
Visual screenings will be conducted for all visitors to the Centre. Visitors having fever and/or symptoms of Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI), will not be allowed to enter.
7. Medical Conditions
You are obliged to inform REVAMP and the educators of any pre-existing medical condition(s) and allergies your child has, that requires dedicated attention.
REVAMP reserves the right to exclude your child from participating in activities that may adversely affect your child’s medical or health conditions. Your child’s safety and well-being are our utmost priority.
8. Students with Special Needs
REVAMP recognizes that every child is different and we strive to provide a full and enriching experience for everyone. While we try to accommodate to most children, we do not have the capabilities or resources to handle children with special needs. We expect that parents of such children to inform and consult us prior to registering their child into the programme. Acceptance to our programme will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and subjected to further conditions, where applicable.
In the case where we are not informed of their special needs as stated above, we also reserve the right to disallow further participation of the child at any stage during the programme, without any refund of costs incurred.
9. Proper Conduct of Individuals and Student Exclusion
We respect all our students and educators. We do not condone abusive language or behaviours towards our participants and educators. We believe very strongly in creating a learning environment that is harmonious and respectful to every individual.
In unique circumstances when a child is deemed incompatible with the smooth running of our programme, or becomes a person of concern to the well-being of the other participants, REVAMP will attempt to assist the child to the best of effort. We, however, reserve the right to exclude the child from participating further in any of the activities. These circumstances include disruptive or unruly behaviours and/or bullying of other participants.
There will also be no case for refunds in such cases.
10. Participation Policy: No Parental or Guardian Presence
To maintain a conducive learning environment and ensure the privacy and comfort of all participants, we have a strict policy that parents, guardians, or any other non-participating individuals are not permitted to be present during the classes or sessions. By enrolling your child in our program, you agree to comply with this policy and understand that:
10.1 Independence of Participants: Classes and sessions are designed to foster independence and encourage direct interaction between instructors and students without external influence.
10.2 Privacy and Safety: The presence of non-participating individuals can compromise the privacy and safety of other participants. This policy helps us maintain a safe and secure environment for all participants.
10.3 Minimizing Disruptions: This policy helps to prevent distractions, ensuring that the learning process for the entire class remains uninterrupted.
11. Photography and Videos
REVAMP may take photographs and videos of the children to update parents on the activities the children are participating in. Such photos and videos may be used for our training and/or marketing purposes (marketing materials, social media platforms and website). If you have any objections to photographs and videos being taken on you or your child for use on our marketing collaterals, please let us know via email at contact@revamp.sg.
12. Data Protection and Personal Details
Your data, as stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, is safe with us and we do not share your information with anyone, period.
By signing up for our programmes, you agree to us sharing appropriate information of our upcoming programmes with you via email, SMS, Whatsapp and/or other platforms. In addition, the data will be used to facilitate the proper conduct of the programmes and where necessary, to comply with relevant legal or regulatory obligations of REVAMP.
We however respect your privacy and should you decide not to consent to REVAMP in the use of personal details for the purpose of marketing, please inform us at contact@revamp.sg.
Acknowledgement
We may modify these T&Cs from time to time on Our Website. Your signing up for our programme shall be deemed to be your acceptance to future modification of our T&Cs.
